Where do you ship?

  • Once shipped, your order generally arrives within 6–7 business days, depending on your location.

What is the total estimated delivery time?

  • Processing Time: 2–3 business days

  • Transit Time: 6–7 business days

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 8–10 business days from the date of purchase

Do you offer free shipping?

  • Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimum purchase required.

Will I receive a tracking number?

  • Yes, you’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.

  • You can also track your package anytime using our Order Tracking page or by contacting our support team.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

  • Please verify your address before submitting your order.

  • Nuvia Bloom is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.

  • If your package is returned to us, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment.

What is your return policy?

  • Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and unworn

    • In their original packaging

    • With all tags attached

What items are non-returnable?
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products (unless damaged or incorrect)

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

Is there a restocking fee?

  • No, we do not charge any restocking fees.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • Customer-initiated returns (e.g., wrong size, changed mind): customer covers the return shipping cost.

  • Nuvia Bloom errors (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items): we cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label.

How do I request a return?

  • Email info@nuviabloom.com within 30 days of delivery.

  • Include:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if applicable)

  • Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with detailed instructions.

How are refunds processed?

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after your return is received and inspected.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.

Can I exchange an item?

  • Yes, we accept exchanges within 30 days for eligible items.

  • Email info@nuviabloom.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange for.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

  • Please contact us immediately at info@nuviabloom.com with photos.

  • We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.

Can I cancel my order?

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, as long as they haven’t been processed or shipped.

  • If the order has already shipped, you may return it once received.
