Returns, Refunds & Exchanges FAQs
We accept returns within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and with tags attached.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized/customized products (unless damaged or incorrect)
- Final sale items
- Personal care products
No, we do not charge restocking fees.
- Customer-initiated returns (e.g., wrong size, changed mind): Customer covers shipping.
- Nuvia Bloom errors (e.g., damaged or incorrect items): We cover the return shipping cost.

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.

Yes, we accept exchanges within 30 days for eligible items.
Customers cover exchange shipping unless it’s due to our mistake. To request an exchange, follow the return process and specify what you'd like to exchange for.

Yes — orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if they haven’t been processed or shipped.
